What do you need to change?
We all get stuck at some point in our life. In our careers, our passions, and our relationships. Changing habits and behaviours of a lifetime can be hard. And if change was easy, we’d have done it ourselves.
As a coach I typically work with a client to help them explore what challenges they are currently facing and what outcomes they are seeking. We are all unique and so no two coaching sessions are ever the same. I work with with individuals and meet them where they are, so there is no set ‘programme’ to follow.
As a guide, I typically work with a client for six to ten weeks and all my personal growth sessions start with a complimentary 30-minute strategy session where you identify barriers and set your outcomes and goals.
